Biography:
Professor Anzivino began teaching at the Law School in 1976, after 5 years of practicing law. He teaches contracts, creditor/debtor law, business bankruptcy, sales, and secured transactions. He was a member of the Editorial Board of the Case Western Reserve Law Review, the Moot Court Board, and the Order of the Coif. In addition to numerous law review articles and bar journal publications, Professor Anzivino is the author of the book "Partner and Partnership Bankruptcy." He is also co-author of the four-volume treatise "Uniform Commercial Code Transactions Guide" and co-author of the multi-volume set "Uniform Commercial Code Series."
