Biography:
Prior to joining the faculty in 1995, Professor Idleman held a teaching fellowship at Stanford Law School and served as clerk to the Honorable Bruce M. Selya of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He teaches constitutional law, law and religion, federal courts, and federal Indian law. Professor Idleman's articles have appeared in the Cornell, Notre Dame, University of Pennsylvania, Vanderbilt, and Virginia Law Reviews. His areas of scholarly interest include law and religion, federal Indian law, and the judicial process.
