Course Description: Survey of the law of evidence, focusing upon the Federal Rules of Evidence and corresponding Wisconsin rules. Subjects covered include evidentiary burdens and presumptions, relevancy, hearsay, impeachment and examination of witnesses, selected privileges, and authentication of physical and demonstrative evidence. |
