Federal Depository Library Program

The Marquette University Law Library is a selective depository library of the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP). The Law Library selects and receives approximately 10% of all items offered by the FDLP. Materials are received in paper, microfiche, and various electronic formats. Some titles are housed at the Marquette Raynor Memorial Libraries. FDLP materials are fully cataloged and are integrated into the Library's collection. Availability of titles can be determined by using the University's online catalog, MARQCAT.

The FDLP collection on campus is available to all users. If you have any questions concerning the FDLP collection and its materials, please inquire at the Law Library circulation desk.
