The Marquette Elder's Advisor Law Review addresses law and policy issues of health care, later life, disability and financial planning. Elder's Advisor is produced biannually by student staff members and is a publication of Marquette University Law School.
From 1999 to 2002, Marquette Law School editors produced ELDER'S ADVISOR for distribution quarterly and nationwide by Aspen Publishers. Beginning in 2003, Marquette's ELDER'S ADVISOR is published solely by Marquette Law School. We maintain its editorial policy: To bring cutting edge issues of elder law practice and policy to professionals who advocate for senior citizens.
