This program provides insight into the hottest topics in electronic discovery. The program features a stellar faculty of judges, experienced e-discovery practitioners, and technology experts. Topics include ethical pitfalls of e-discovery, why datamapping is an essential part of records management and e-discovery, federal and state court judges’ perspectives on
e-discovery, what a litigation hold really means, and the impact of HIPAA on electronic discovery of medical records.
