The U.S. Supreme Court is now deciding cases under the Lanham Act with increasing regularity. Does the developing trademark case law of the Rehnquist Court reveal a commitment to a particular vision of trademark law? Does the Court employ a consistent methodological approach to resolving trademark problems? Or are there other values that dictate the outcomes in trademark cases?
