The Most Reverend Jerome E. Listecki—Milwaukee’s new Archbishop joins us to offer his perspective on the role of the Church in the 21st century, and the opportunities and challenges facing the Milwaukee Archdiocese. Before coming to Milwaukee, Archbishop Listecki was an auxiliary bishop in the Archdiocese of Chicago, and most recently, the Bishop of La Crosse. Law School, Eisenberg Memorial Hall, 12:15 to 1:15 p.m.

Candidate for Governor Tom Barrett—The Mayor of Milwaukee will lay out his vision for Wisconsin during this appearance at the Law School. Mayor Barrett is in his second term as the city’s chief executive, and represented the city in Congress for 10 years. He also served in the Wisconsin State Assembly and the Wisconsin State Senate. Law School, Eisenberg Memorial Hall, 12:15 to 1:15 p.m.
Thursday, March 11—
Candidate for Governor Scott Walker—The Milwaukee County Executive offers a competing vision of the state’s future, as our focus on the 2010 elections continues. County Executive Walker is one of three announced candidates vying for the GOP nomination in the race for governor. He was elected to his current post in 2002, and has been re-elected twice. Prior to that, he served in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Law School, Eisenberg Memorial Hall, 12:15 to 1:15 p.m.
