Room Reservations for Marquette Law School Events

Is this a student organization event? If so, please use this form.

In this our final year in Sensenbrenner Hall, those of us who serve the Law School community by reserving rooms for any and all individuals and groups have established a protocol and guidelines for those reservations. We aim to accommodate as many individuals and groups as possible with their room requests. However, knowing that each year more and more activities take place in the Law School and that our physical spaces are limited, we ask your cooperation and appreciate your understanding if we are not able to accommodate every request.

How to Reserve Rooms

  1. Groups and individuals must use this online form preferably at least 48 hours in advance of the date the room is needed. We may not be able to accommodate last minute requests.
  2. Eisenberg Hall, the Student Lounge, Room 127, and Room 315 (Faculty Lounge) are not available to student groups.
    1. A group or individual requiring the use of one of these rooms, a room with teleconferencing capabilities, or the use of a room over the weekend must contact Carol Dufek directly with the request.
  3. Only one room can be reserved at one time for an individual or group. With our limited space and the high demand for rooms, we don’t have the luxury of holding an “extra” room. Our recommendation is to reserve the room that is most likely to meet the needs of your meeting/event in terms of size and location. As the date of the event draws near and if there is a need to look for a different room for the audience size or speaker format, we will do our best to accommodate the request depending on room availability.

Room Cancellations
Please let us know immediately should you no longer need your reserved room so that we can make that room available to others.

  1. Faculty/staff/administrators are asked to notify Carol Dufek via email (Carol.Dufek@marquette.edu) immediately if a reserved room will no longer be needed.
  2. Students will notify Charlotte Johnson via email (Charlotte.Johnson@marquette.edu) if a reserved room will no longer be needed.

Thank you for your cooperation. Should you have any questions about room reservations, don’t hesitate to contact Jane Casper, Assistant Dean for Students.
