Biography

Р’ Professor McMullen is a graduate of Yale Law School, who joined the faculty in 1987 and teaches in the areas of Family Law, Trusts & Estates, and Property. Her articles on family and children's issues have appeared in the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform, the Indiana Law Review, and other publications. Before joining the faculty, she was a Teaching Fellow at DePaul College of Law. She also practiced law in Chicago where she specialized in estate planning. She is a member of the Leander J. Foley Matrimonial Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
