Jack, the more interesting question, now that the Dems will not reach the magic 60 mark in Washington, is what will happen in Wisconsin?
The Dems now control all 3 branches. Will we see a return of stacking UM/UIM policies? On the med mal front, will caps be repealed? Will health care providers finally be held accountable for the negligent wrongful death of an adult who does not have a surviving spouse or minor children?
The bills are already being drafted. It will be interesting.
