Current Developments in Water Law by Professor David Strifling. Several recent crisis events have brought water to the forefront of public awareness. The presentation will explore emerging water law issues at the federal and state levels, and will include a discussion of the Waters of the United States rule, Wisconsin’s public trust doctrine, phosphorus issues, and the Great Lakes Compact.
