M-LINC

The Marquette Legal Initiative for Nonprofit Corporations (M-LINC) provides free legal advice for qualifying Wisconsin nonprofits with legal questions in the following areas: real estate, intellectual property, bankruptcy, employment, corporate, tax, and federal and state registration requirements.
 
A qualifying nonprofit is a charitable, religious, civic, community, governmental, or educational organization designed to address the needs of persons of limited means or facing barriers to justice.
 
M-LINC assists qualifying nonprofits at a weekly clinic held Wednesdays from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Marquette Law School (1215 W. Michigan St., Milwaukee, Wis.)  The clinic is run on an appointment only basis
