CAS arbitration at the Sochi Olympics with Professor Mitten

On Tuesday, March 4, 2014, all students are invited to Professor Matthew Mitten's presentation discussing arbitration before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) during the Sochi Olympic Games.  Professor Mitten serves as a member of the CAS ad hoc division for the Sochi Games.  CAS decisions from the Games are available on the CAS website, including the first decision from the Games involving Austrian skier Daniela Bauer.  Professor Mitten served on the panel rendering the Bauer decision.  Lunch will be provided to all who attend.
