On Thursday, November 8th, 2012, at 12 pm, all students are invited to join Professor Paul Anderson as he provides an overview of the development of gender equity law and its impact on sports over the past 40 years. Professor Anderson's expanded analysis of this topic can be found in his article Title IX at Forty: An Introduction and Historical Review of Forty Legal Developments that Shaped Gender Equity Law, published in the spring 2012 issue of the Marquette Sports Law Review.
