Full-time 1Ls of diverse backgrounds are invited to attend an information session for the State Bar of Wisconsin 2019 Diversity Clerkship Program (the "DCP").
The DCP is an employer-student matching program sponsored by the State Bar of Wisconsin to further its goal of promoting diversity within the legal profession. Participating employers accept a student match and agree to hire that student for a PAID, FULL-TIME legal position for Summer 2019.
The DCP is open to first-year law students of diverse backgrounds attending Marquette Law School and the University of Wisconsin Law School. Participating employers include Wisconsin law firms, corporate legal departments, and state government agencies.
At the information session, members of the State Bar Diversity Outreach Committee and past DCP participants from Marquette Law School will discuss the DCP, including the application process.
