Marquette University Law School is pleased to bring you the results of a new statewide survey on Wednesday, October 12, in an in-person event featuring poll director Prof. Charles Franklin.
The program will begin at 12:15 p.m. CDT in Eckstein Hall. This program is free and open to the public. Please register HERE to attend in person. A light lunch will be available. The program will also be live streamed on the Law School's website via the "Watch Now" button for those unable to join us in person. Results will be synchronously noted on Twitter via the @MULawPoll account.

The Marquette Law School Poll's October survey of Wisconsin looks at preferences in the races for governor and the U.S. Senate. The poll includes the public's views of incumbent office holders and candidates, including approval ratings for President Joe Biden and Gov. Tony Evers, along with the favorability ratings for Sen. Ron Johnson, Sen. Tammy Baldwin, former President Donald Trump, and candidates Mandela Barnes and Tim Michels, among others.
The latest poll survey’s public opinion about the direction of the state, state funding for police, concern about and fear of crime, views on sentencing policy, legalization of marijuana, public schools, abortion policy, and confidence in the 2020 election. Priority of concern about a number of issues is measured, including inflation, taxes, gun violence, illegal immigration, climate change, and ensuring votes are accurately counted.
