Discovering Practice Areas with the WI State Bar

In partnership with the Wisconsin State Bar, the Law School is pleased to invite students to our Discovering Practice Areas events. Each semester, we invite a few different sections of the Wisconsin State Bar to give a brief overview of their practice areas, followed by an opportunity for law students to network with those attorneys and make meaningful connections. All Marquette law students are welcome to attend and explore a variety of practice areas that you might find of interest as you find your path during law school.

This session will include the following sections: 

1. Admin/Local government
2. Appellate Practice
3. Litigation
4. Dispute resolution
5. Civil rights & liberties
6. Public Utilites
