DRS/CSB Presents: Arbitration and Contracts Panel

Attorneys Jeffery Liotta and Brian Smigelski from DeWitt Law Firm, both Marquette alums, will be presenting on arbitration clauses in contracts from the standpoint of an arbitrator. Their experience lends to the pros and cons of these clauses, as well as practical considerations. Lunch will be provided.
