Back for the fall with a new addition, the Office of Student Affairs is pleased to announce we will be hosting two weekly fitness class here at the Law School. Both classes are geared for all ability levels with modifications being provided, and beginners are encouraged and welcome to join. Classes will begin the week of August 29 and end on December 2. Instructors are provided by the Department of Recreational Sports.
We ask that students sign up for the class in advance each week so we can get a good sense of numbers and fit in the studio, along with completing the waiver. Please register via the link provided in Law News.
- Tuesdays from 5-5:30 p.m.: Pilates
- A quick Pilates class to focus on core engagement, strength, and stamina in a slow and controlled manner.
Please bring your own mat, water, towel, or other gear as you need. We have a limited number of mats available if you do not have your own. Please make sure to store all belongings in the locker rooms to free up space in the studio.
You only need to do this once during your time as a student, but please make sure you have filled out the Fitness Center Policy Agreement to access the Fitness Center.
