As you know by now, law school is unlike any other experience you have gone through, educational or otherwise. For family and friends who are supporting you but may not know what it is like to be a law student, we are excited to offer them a glimpse into your lives.
Our Family, Friends, Parents & Partners event is designed for the spouses, parents, friends, and/or significant others of all Marquette law students to learn about the law school experience. They will tour Eckstein Hall, hear from members of the administration, and participate in a mock class taught by a faculty member. Just like a law student, they will have a reading assignment to prepare.
The event will take place in Eckstein Hall from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 12, 2019. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. We ask that law students do not attend the main program, but you are welcome to attend the lunch that begins at 12:30 p.m.
RSVP online by Monday, October 7, for this popular event. More details, parking information, and a link to a reading assignment to prepare will be emailed to registrants closer to the event date.
We look forward to meeting your family and friends on October 12!
