This panel aims to explore potential practice paths for J.D. candidates interested in the tax law area. The following panelists will be joining us:
- Atty. Robert Misey, Atty. Misey spent the early part of his career working for the IRS Chief Counsel’s office and at Deloitte before becoming a partner at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren.
- Atty. Kim Lunn, Atty. Lunn began her career at a Chicago firm specializing in divorce litigation with trust and estate tax planning, later joined Allstate’s Corporate Tax Department before finally joining Northwestern Mutual as Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary.
- Atty. Maureen L. O'Leary, President of O'Leary-Guth Law Office, S.C. specializing in high net worth estate planning, gift and estate tax planning, income tax planning and business succession planning.
- Atty. Jamie Lumsden, a recent Marquette Law graduate (L’21) and currently working at RSM US LLP as a State and Local Tax Associate (SALT).
