The Access to Justice Commission was created by the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the State Bar to develop and encourage means of expanding access to justice for low-income or vulnerable residents. At the hearing, community leaders, policy makers, judges, lawyers, service providers, and members of the public are invited to share experiences with respect to the challenges facing low-income or vulnerable residents who have critical civil (non-criminal) legal problems. All are welcome. If you wish to present testimony at the hearing, please contact Prof. Rebecca Blemberg.
