Natalie C. Fleury, J.D. is the Program Coordinator for Dispute Resolution at Marquette Law School and an Ombuds at the Medical College of Wisconsin. In addition to teaching the Small Claims Mediation Clinic and her other administrative duties, Ms. Fleury facilitates the operation of the Client Skills Board, and is responsible for overseeing all other aspects of Marquette Law School's nationally ranked dispute resolution program. She has been honored as a Best Lawyer in Wisconsin in the Dispute Resolution category each year since 2009. 

In addition to her duties at Marquette, Ms. Fleury is an Ombuds at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and is also the principal of Conflict Management Concepts, LLC, a dispute resolution consulting firm offering mediation, arbitration, training, dispute resolution systems design and dispute resolution program development. Her experience includes work as an ombuds, compliance work, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution systems design for clients such as DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company, and the Better Business Bureau.

Ms. Fleury is a Past-Chair of the State Bar of Wisconsin Section Leaders' Council, Past-Chair of the Wisconsin State Bar's Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, past co-chair of the Association for Conflict Resolution's Consumer Section, and a member of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section. SHe is the Chair of the ABA Dispute Resolution Ombuds Committee Legislative Subcommittee. She earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1992, where she participated on the Moot Court Board. She received a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Marquette University in 1997.
