Lisa Nester Kass is a shareholder in Reinhart, Boerner Van Deuren s.c.'s Litigation Practice. She assists a range of corporate clients, including manufacturers, real estate developers, investors, and service providers, in the resolution of their business disputes. Her experience includes a wide variety of commercial and intellectual property litigation at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Lisa served two years as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Patricia S. Curley of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
Lisa is also a director of the Trial Science Institute and assists attorneys with mock trials, allowing them to develop themes and better understand case strengths and weaknesses. Ms. Kass is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School.
