Leslee Ruscitti

Adjunct Professor of Law


Leslee Ruscitti has been at Marquette University since 2000.  She began teaching full-time in 2008 for the Graduate Studies Program in the College of Professional Studies and is Adjunct Faculty for Marquette's Law School.  She currently serves on the College's Assessment and Curriculum committees and is the Faculty Advisor for Criminal Justice.  Retired from the Attorney Manager position of the SPD's Milwaukee Juvenile Division, she has been a criminal defense attorney for over 25 years. She has presented at the Wisconsin Bar Association's State Conference, the Wisconsin Criminal Defense Conference and continues to provide Private Bar Specialty Certification Training, in Juvenile Defense, for the State of Wisconsin. She has published articles in the Wisconsin Lawyer, Wisconsin Law Journal and The Defender. As a participant in the State Public Defender/Law Enforcement Interagency Courtroom Skills Training Project she led a federal grant program providing experiential training to law enforcement officers statewide.
