In the summer of 2004 he was fortunate enough to clerk for The Honorable William D. Dyke, Wisconsin Circuit Court Judge for Iowa County. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison (B.A. in history, with distinction, 2000).
Mr. Farwell is the author of "Comment, A Modest Proposal: Eliminating Blight, Abolishing But-For, and Putting New Purpose in Wisconsin's Tax Increment Financing Law," 89 Marq. L. Rev. 407. His Comment was the recipient of the 2006 Marquette Law School Silver Quill Award.
