Professor McMullen is a graduate of Yale Law School, who joined the faculty in 1987 and teaches in the areas of Family Law, Trusts & Estates, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Her articles on family and children's issues have appeared in the Indiana Law Review, the Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy and other publications. Before joining the faculty, she was a Teaching Fellow at DePaul College of Law. She also practiced law in Chicago where she specialized in estate planning. She is a member of the Leander J. Foley Matrimonial Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
