Nate is an associate and commercial litigator with Foley & Lardner LLP. Prior to joining Foley, Nate served as judicial law clerk to Justice Annette K. Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Nate’s practice areas include shareholder litigation, False Claims Act and Sarbannes-Oxley whistleblower complaints, and commercial contract disputes.<\/p>\n
