Anyone can nominate a brief \u2013 author, colleague, friend, judge, clerk, or other admirer of great legal writing. Nominations will be kept confidential.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The website provides additional details about how to nominate a brief and other qualifications.\u00a0 Here is a <a
