The Wisconsin Law Journal <\/em>has an interesting article <\/a>on the new draft of the Restatement of Employment Law.\u00a0 As the article discusses, there has been a lot of debate within the employment law community about some aspects of the draft.\u00a0\u00a0Indeed, a\u00a0group comprised mostly\u00a0of employment law professors\u00a0has prepared extensive critical commentary on the draft Restatement.\u00a0 Our own Paul Secunda\u00a0co-chaired the working group critiquing the\u00a0provisions on\u00a0wrongful discharge in violation of public policy.\u00a0 The report of his working\u00a0group is now available on SSRN<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
