Professor David Strifling, Director of Marquette Law School’s Water Law and Policy Initiative, will discuss water law controversies at the state and federal levels. The presentation will cover a variety of recent developments, including what to expect about the Biden administration’s water governance strategy, PFAS regulation at the state and federal levels, EPA’s newly finalized lead and copper rule, high-capacity well regulation in Wisconsin, the fate of the federal Navigable Waters Protection Rule, and related cases in the courts.
