Legal Responses to the Emergence of Driverless Cars by Marquette Law School Professor Alexander Lemann.  Highly autonomous vehicles are a technology whose arrival has been expected imminently for several years now, leading to widespread concern that the legal system is not prepared for the problems they will cause. This CLE will provide an overview of this new technology and the current range of proposals to address it, with emphasis on how tort law can or should respond to crashes involving driverless cars.

Those registered will receive a detailed confirmation email with online instructions the week prior to the presentation date.

Attendance verification for CLE Credit—to confirm your attendance you must enter all parts of the attendance code announced during the presentation in the (link) Online Attendance Form immediately following the presentation.
