Recent Legal Developments in Autonomous Driving by Professor Alex Lemann.  This CLE program will survey recent legal developments in the world of autonomous driving, with particular emphasis on the shifting regulatory landscape at the federal level and a look at early-stage lawsuits against Tesla for crashes involving its Autopilot system.
