Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics Volunteer Training

Training is required for all law students and attorneys who volunteer with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics, including volunteers providing services at the Milwaukee Justice Center, the Marquette Legal Initiative for Nonprofit Corporations, the Estate Planning Clinic, and the Mobile Legal Clinic.  The training provides you with instructions on the rules of professional responsibility governing limited scope representation, together with the policies and procedures of our services.  Completion of the training entitles attorney volunteers to professional liability coverage through Marquette University for work with the MVLC. Attorneys register here to attend in person or online. Law students scheduled with the MVLC will be contacted with training information.
