Responsibilities include greeting and checking in all clients in the reception area, providing a brief client screening, answering basic questions about the clinics, and ensuring that clients are seen in an orderly manner. Qualified candidates are punctual and organized, have good communication skills, an ability to deal with a diverse client population, and a willingness to be of service. Confidentiality and client rights must be respected and prioritized at all times.
Volunteers should plan to commit to at least two shifts per month. Marquette University undergraduate students can participate in this opportunity as a part of a course through the Service Learning Program.
