Estate Planning Clinic

The MVLC Estate Planning Clinic offers free basic estate planning services to the Milwaukee community.

The program can be used to create the following documents:
  • Basic Will
  • Living Will
  • Power of Attorney for Health Care
  • Power of Attorney for Finances

Remote and in-person services are available from September - December 2021 at the locations and times listed below. This is an APPOINTMENT-BASED service and you must make an appointment for estate planning services.

Remote appointments are appropriate for those who are able to have documents witnessed and notarized on their own.

Some estate planning issues are beyond the scope of our services. We are unable to prepare living trusts or special needs trusts, and we cannot assist with Medicaid planning.
