Responsibilities include greeting and checking in all clients in the reception area, providing a brief client screening, answering basic questions about the clinics, and ensuring that clients are seen in an orderly manner. Qualified candidates are punctual and organized, have good communication skills, an ability to deal with a diverse client population, and a willingness to be of service. Confidentiality and client rights must be respected at all times.
Priority is given to volunteers who can commit to at least two shifts per month. Marquette University undergraduate students can participate in this opportunity as a part of a course through the Service Learning Program.

- Tuesdays from 3:30 p.m to 6:00 p.m. at the House of Peace (shuttle available)
- Wednesdays from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the United Community Center (shuttle available). Volunteers at this site should be able to speak Spanish.
- Thursdays from 1:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Milwaukee Justice Center in the Milwaukee County Courthouse (walking distance)
- Fridays from 8:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Milwaukee Justice Center in the Milwaukee County Courthouse (walking distance)
