Sports Law Speaker Series: Sports Law Alumni Career Panel

On Thursday, October 31, 2019, at 12 pm in room TBA, the Sports Law Program's Sports Law Alumni Association invites all students to a fall Sports Law Alumni Career Panel.  The panel will feature alums who do not by job title work in sports, but who were highly involved in the Sports Law Program as law students, and remain highly involved as alums. Each will discuss how participation in the Program, prepared them for their legal careers, and why they continue to support the Program, and students within the Program.  Led by Sports Law Society Secretary Amanda Bethel (L'21), panelists will include:

• Attorney Alicia Anderson, class of 2016, corporate employment counsel, Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Madison
• Attorney Tim Bucher, class of 2012, senior counsel, Kohl's, Menomonee Falls,
• Attorney Maggie Murphy, class of 2013, attorney advisor, Social Security Administration, Milwaukee,
• Attorney Sarah Ponath, class of 2007, Law Offices of Sarah Ponath LLC, Butler,
• Attorney Michael Shull, class of 2011, formal investigator, Office of Lawyer Regulation, Madison.

Lunch will be provided to all attendees.
