Sports Law Speaker Series: Steven Schwartz, Director of Basketball Operations, Utah Jazz

On Monday, November25th, in room 433, all students are invited to attend a Sports Law Speakers Series event featuring Steven Schwartz, the Director of Basketball Operations with the Utah Jazz. In his fifth season with the Jazz, Mr. Schwartz heads up the teams Strategy department (a major component involves managing anything related to the salary cap).  Mr. Schwartz reached out to the Sports Law Program in his continuing quest to "visit schools who may have some future NBA front office talent."  If you are interested in working in the sports industry, particularly in the NBA, this is your chance to make an impression on someone who is always looking for that next person to hire. The discussion will begin at 12 pm, and be led by Sports Law Society Treasurer, Xander Landy.  Lunch will be provide to all attendees.
