The Estate Planning Society’s mission is to assist law students who are interested in estate planning as a career and to provide an opportunity for other students to learn about this area and its relationship to other practice areas. Following this mission, the Estate Planning Society (EPS) seeks to foster an organization at Marquette University Law School committed to informing students of the wide array of legal opportunities in the field of estate planning. The EPS hosts events, including panel discussions with attorneys and professors, centered on the development of wills and trusts, tax and estate planning, and the probate process. Coupled with these informative events, the EPS sponsors other networking opportunities for law students to interact with estate planners.
