General Douglas MacArthur Booklet Release

All attending this special event will receive a copy of the booklet which features the General's historic and positive impact on Australia, the Philippines, Japan, and South Korea. Marquette History Professor Dr. John D. Krugler and booklet editor David Schenk will discuss the historic connection between Gen. Douglas MacArthur and Marquette.

The event also will include:

• A preview of the Law School’s June 6th Conference: MacArthur & Beyond: Challenges of Externally-Imposed Constitutions in the Aftermath of War, and The Lessons of Yesterday for the World of Tomorrow by Law Professor Peter Rofes
• A brief overview of the War Memorial Center June, 2014 MacArthur Memorial Week international event by MMW Co-Chair Chas Mulcahy.
