For The Record is the official newsletter of the National Sports Law Institute. From 1990 until June of 2011, For The Record was a quarterly newsletter providing perspectives on interesting issues impacting the sports industry. Beginning in 2012, For The Record will be published online each year on this website, providing an overview of develoments impacting the National Sports Law Institute and Sports Law program at Marquette University Law School.
