PrintWise Upgrade: Action Required for Students

Marquette University ITS has upgraded printers and PrintWise. Students are now able to send documents to PrintWise printers via email for basic printing (single-sided, black & white). If you would like to print using advanced finishing options (double-sided, color), you will need to install the new PrintWise drivers on your laptop. The old B&W and Color drivers are now nonoperational. The instructions for this and more information about PrintWise are available here.

Instructions for Email Printing with printwise@marquette.edu

  1. Save the document you want to print to your computer. Make sure it is one of the supported file types listed below.
  2. Open a new email to printwise@marquette.edu.
  3. Add the document you want to print as an attachment to the email. The subject line and body of the email can be left blank.
  4. Send the email. Allow up to 5 minutes for the document to be processed by the printing system.
  5. Swipe your MUID on the printer, and select the document to print. You can then change the quantity or how the document is printed, using the finishing options at the printer.
