Student Organization Summer Updates
Academic organizations including Moot Court, the journals, and competition boards are excluded from the requirements in this post.
An email was sent in June to those officers listed on the Transition Form. If you are an incoming board member and did not receive communications from Assistant Director DiStefano, please reach out to ensure contact information is accurate for the upcoming year.
For those thinking of starting a new organization in the fall, please reach out to Assistant Director DiStefano for a meeting and further details.

General Organization Management Information
-
The Organization Management website is home base. It includes forms, links, policies, resources, and more that you’ll need for the year. Please note, the Policies and Procedures Manual is in the process of being updated for the fall but it’s a good baseline spot to start.
-
It is an expectation that you read through the manual and glance through the forms, dates, deadlines, and resources before the semester begins and before you complete the training. Take note of any questions you may have throughout your perusal to ask during training.

SharePoint Access
-
Each organization has a SharePoint folder with transitional documents, copies of your constitution, Account Trackers, Rosters, and any additional documents that previous officers have put together for you. Officers should have received a link at the end of June to access it.
