SLS is hosting the inaugural Habeas Dinkus Classic. This is a doubles pickleball tournament for anyone who wants to partake! The tournament will be happening on Saturday, October 24, at the indoor courts in the 3rd Street Market Hall building. The tournament is set to begin with the first two matches of the day at 10 a.m. If you are an SLS due-paying member you may participate at no extra cost, if you did not pay SLS dues you can still participate you will just have to pay an entry fee of $5 per person. Coffee and donuts will be provided in the morning and hotdogs in the afternoon.

Anyone interested in participating should fill out this form no later than noon on Thursday, October 22, to allow our board to set the matchups.

The winning team will take home a prize basket created by our board. The tournament will not have any qualifying rounds or round robin, it will be a single elimination bracket. Finally, the rules will be the standard USA Pickleball rules and you can find a video on the basics of pickleball here! If you have any questions about rules or other concerns related to the tournament please reach out to one of our board members!

We hope to see you on the court (not in the courtroom) Saturday, October 24, at 10 a.m.!
