Student Org End of Semester Reminders
Final Semester Requirements – due Monday, May 12
These items are for extracurricular student organization. Journals, Moot Court, PILS, and ADR Competition Board are excluded from these requirements. All forms are due after final exams, so there is plenty of opportunity to complete them in a timely manner.
- End-of-Year Transition Form
- Required so we know leadership information going into the summer and next fall. Provide some basic information on how the year went for new board members. It will ask for an updated roster at this time as well.
- Reimbursement Form
- All reimbursements should be requested before Monday, May 12, to ensure timely repayment for student organization expenses.
- Student Organization Storage Cleanout
- Ensure that all organization items in 336L storage space are inventoried, cleaned, labelled, and stored neatly over the summer.
