Student Org Fall Semester Reminders

These requirements apply to Registered Student Organizations only and do not apply to journals, competition boards, Moot Court, and PILS. 

  • Event Request Form: final submissions by Friday, October 30
    • The last day for student organization-hosted events is Friday, November 13. As we do need at least two weeks’ notice, all event requests should be submitted by the end of the day on Friday, October 30.
    • I will note that the final two weeks are filling up so please be flexible in your requests.
    • As noted on the website, spring semester events can run from Monday, February 1, through Friday, April 9, 2027. I am happy to start putting tentative holds on dates for your spring events if you have them.
  • 1L Representative Training
    • I know quite a few groups have added 1L class representatives. Please make sure they complete the Officer Training Video and Officer Training Form before they conduct any business for your organization.  
  • Rosters: Due Jan 1
    • Your last action item before the end of the semester is to please upload this semester’s Roster to your SharePoint Folder. Roster templates can be found under Resources otherwise you can add a new worksheet to your current Roster document with the updated year.
