This month, we’re excited to recognize Lexi Ward as our Pro Bono Student of the Month! Lexi began volunteering with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics as a rising 1L, serving clients at the House of Peace, United Community Center, and Milwaukee Justice Center. She has continued volunteering at the UCC this semester and has already contributed nearly 40 hours of pro bono service.

As a Spanish speaker, Lexi brings an especially valuable skill to the UCC clinic, helping us better serve Spanish-speaking community members. We’re grateful for the enthusiasm and commitment she has brought to pro bono service from the very beginning of law school. Congratulations, Lexi!
