Conversation with Professor Martin Greenberg: Sports Facility Financing & Real Estate Development
On Wednesday, November 6, at noon, during the last Conversation with Sports Law Program students this semester, National Sports Law Institute founder Professor Martin Greenberg, will focus on his Sports Facility Development practice.
In this lunch session he will discuss "Sports Facility Financing and Real Estate Development" focusing on stadium mania, sources of financing, the stadium debate, how stadiums are financed, special districts to avoid referendums, renovation boom, American Family Field financing, sports facility development including the Deer District and Titletown, and he will provide his prognostication with respect to the Brewers real estate development around American Family Field.
